I’m always baffled when you say ” worked together on the bike” That gives off the impression of drafting which isn’t allowed….

OMG, it’s my third caption comp win. (Plus one runner-up). Thank you GTN! It’s almost as good as breaking 5h in a 70.3 😉

Poll: I am wondering. Always in december I try to take it easy for the next year. So instead of 5/6 training in a week I’ll go for 3 times and I hold my diet but sometimes will enjoy a beer or some sugarysnack. At the end of the month and the beginning of the new season my condition always went down, and this makes the start always a bit hard. I voted other because of this. How can I take the hard needed break but with doing less still come out of the winter strong?
