What mistakes are you guilty of? Share them with us!

Try to catch up with the workout I missed when I am trying to balance between workout and family. The quality of the workout decrease since I combine two to one.

Definitely the first forgetting one important thing for an age group like myself! Have fun!

Definitely procrastinating.

Great tips thank you. What cool orange glasses are those you are sporting?

Missimg sessions and trying to catch up

Amateurcrastinating vs PROcastinating = Samething

Love the procrastinating part… Extra Guilty!
