What mistakes are you guilty of? Let us know!
Working out right after lunch or breakfast, I can do it on a bike as I can just start off slow. But not on a run or when swimming…. Food needs a bit of time to digest before a workout. I know most pro XC mtb’ers eat about 3 hours before their race.
Wearing a piece of kit that has been washed and worn a few too many times and has become a bit see through. I have never done that!

As a parent of young children, if I didn’t train through colds, I wouldn’t be training.
This is such a first world problem: ‘I forgot to charge my $5000 bike so I can’t change gears’… What the heck? Why not use a real bike with manual gearchanging?
