Who finds else finds this an effective method of weight loss? Leave us a comment!

9th 😉 still wondering why people take the trouble to  these videos??? anyway, don’t lose weight unless you go into the mountains; gain muscle. keep it up @GTN

Funny that you posted this video as lately I just can’t shift the weight. I cycle 9 miles to work and back again every day and somehow I have put on a stone! I’m desperate to loose weight as an old back injury is starting to creep up again and has stopped me running. Cycling and swimming are my only options for the time and I’m just gaining weight. Please help!

I am in the phase where I am skinny fat. Won’t start lifting till November due to logistics. Losing is hard now.

Not trying to be negative but exercising should NEVER be about loosing weight. You loose weight in the supermarked when you are out shopping or w/e. Ppl just gonna exercise, get more hungry and overeat.

I’m with Elmorow! Some tips to keep or gain weight would be useful. I’m 184 cm / 71 kg and I’m not even going long on most of my sessions. Thanks for the video!

I can easily lose 1.5kg on a single ride, and that includes putting 2.5ltr of fluid IN during the ride at a weight of 2.5kg… I find the figures pretty mental but the scales do not lie and I’ve done it a number of times.

In February before I started hard tri training I was at 97kg, this morning I was 75kg.

Best way to drop weight is to skip the coffee break, the latte and cake. For sure I love the weekly intervals even though they leave me empty for the rest of the day. For long rides on the open road, you better be properly fuelled or else you risk to reduce your span of attention and alertness. Happy riding & Healthy eating!

I find this to be the secret to weight loss: “If it tastes good, spit it out” 😉
