What is an essential when you ride in autumn? Let us know

Slow week? God dudes just do another indoor training tips.

I did a triathlon in early April in the northern United States last year. The swim was inside, but the bike and run were outside after a night of light snow. I threw on a light jacket, but was not prepared with cold weather riding shoes or gloves. I won’t ride in that cold without being dressed appropriately again

Reducing sunscreen to factor 10. I live in Australia.

Is that introductory music Christmas music? Get that out of here for at least two months.

Man this video whould have been to great last week before Manitoba got so much snow a state of emergency was declared, got any winter tips.

Most of my riding is commuting so looking pro isn’t my priority. Flat pedals with gortex boots. Sometimes if boots are wet from previous day I use waterproof sock in wet boots. With a Base layer, tshirt and waterproof jacket I’ve been ok down to -7c. Aldi ski gloves, bulky but have lasted longer than much more expensive ones. Get a thermometer for home with an outdoor sensor and get to know what to wear at each temperature. If you’re still cold pedal harder!
