What’s your favourite bit of tech? Let us know!

really interesting thankyou. please can we have the opposite… the pros give their worst tech buys ever! They share their pain so we dont have to. Ive really enjoyed the wahoo bolt… so easy to use, set routes up get going with… minimal time spent in front of a laptop. it was expensive but if it broke id buy another without a second thought.

been able to do heart rate on the swim for years by putting my scosche on opposite side of my wrist of my garmin. the signal may not be able to get through water but it can go through your wrist to the watch just fine.

Funny thing about the Vaporfly: according to this study (The Biomechanics of Competitive Male Runners in Three Marathon Racing Shoes: A Randomized Crossover Study) the foam is actually more critical when it comes to energy return than the plate itself. Might be interesting how much less a “next%” w/o carbon sole would cost (which will sadly never be released)

Sorry but how did you pronounce kipchoge’s name

The way Mark keeps looking at Fraser after minute 2:42 and some times before. 🙂

watch HR monitors are never accurate for me…chest strap or nothing.

my favorite new tech is the Marlin swim GPS guidance. Great for open water swims and, as far as I know, perfectly legal for USAT races.
