what is that I see on the seat post?

Got to the end of my warmup on my trainer without a plan with a long week of moving, and said hey let’s do an FTP test. 10W improvement from 2 months ago, while cutting about 4-5 kg. All good on the homefront!

Hay buddie pal legend man! Not sure if this is the right place to add suggestions for one of your bank videos but I’d love to see more strength and conditioning tips. Mainly with body weight, kettle bells etc cheers buddie. Your a legend/champion!

Couple of go-pro sessions attached to your bike would make for some really great footage.

Hi tarren, i see you mention high-gear work, would cycling up hills or long climbs when the cadence is lower have similiar effects?
