What mistakes are you going to be working on? Let us know!

Let’s be honest.. I think we all strive for a ‘shortened backend’. Think about the w/kg gains!

I’n an OK swimmer, but after watching you guys I found and know after hitting the pool I do not rotate enough with my body during the stroke. Thanks for helping me be more cognizant of being a bit too “flat” in the water! Cheers, Daniel Connor GTN Fan

The person in the video is rotating almost 90 degrees, isnt this a bit much?

How do I keep my legs together and stop them spreading

I just swim frogstyle or breast stroke.

A slow swim is part of my race strategy, I can always easily find my bike!

I am working on my cadence which is way to low and also of course on keeping my ellbow high.

Dropped elbow, being too flat is a problem of mine. And maybe overreaching a bit. Let you know next week how it improved.
